The ninth secret which buyers don’t know
Did you ever encounter sample compare with mass production goods are totally different?
This is the ninth secret which I want to expose to you.
How does above result happen?
I believe manufacturer or trader will never tell you. I would like to explain in three possible aspects.
Firstly: most of the buyers are end user or distributors, they usually import large quantities at one time, and factories need one to several months to finish production, and they cannot guarantee the raw material same quality each batch, even different batches of kilns different color, usually will not so obviously, otherwise it is cause their quality control too bad.
Second:As we know there are several hundreds of porcelain dinnerware design, but not every design could be produced by one factory,The factory also bought crockery from their peers, different manufacturers have very different quality control. Eventually lead to inconsistent color of goods and inconsistent quality.
Third:Different manufacturer their cost control is different much, some factories buy from their peers will get better price than produced by themselves. They sell bad products to clients intentionally for profit purpose, for example the C grade product to replace of AB grade. Or they sell their own C grade products to buyers. We cannot avoid some sellers quote very low price in order to get the order and send good sample, after approved mass production goods not match the sample, when clients get the products and not satisfied they disappear not responsibly to any complain.
Hope this PDF can help you purchase better products. I suggest you can arrange the third party to check quality before shipping to avoid the above things happen.Good luck!
